US and Youth National Awards Program

At the Youth National Championship Show awards are given to the full Top Ten in JTR and JOTR Trail and Ranch Horse classes. At US Nationals the Amateur classes get full Top Ten Awards & Open classes get Champion and Res Champion awards

Youth Exhibitors in Trail & Ranch Classes going Top Ten or better receive a $20 gift certificate to Nymeyers which may be used at the Youth or US Championship shows or on line for purchases. The entire amount may be used or a partial amount may be used and the balance carried forward. At US Nationals all Amateur Trail and Ranch Classes wil be given Belt buckles for Champion, Reserve Champion, and Top Ten. English Trail classes may receive awards other than Western buckles. Open Classes may also get awards other than buckles for Champion and Reserve Champion. The cost to sponsor Youth Classes is $200/class. Amateur awards for US are $ 100 each and full classes will be availabe for $1000 as well as Half Classes for $500. Sponsors of full classes have first choice of classes and sponsor the Champion and Reserve awards as well as the top Tens. Half class sponsors have first choice of any class that is not full sponsored and will get a Champion or Reserve buckle to sponsor. If the sponsor wants the money spaced into various clases that will be done and they will get corresponding Champion or Reserve buckles. OPEN Class awards are $125 each or $225 for the entire class. Payment can be done to ATARHA via Venmo (using credit card or bank), Pay-Pal (with a 3% convenience fee) or by check. A QR code for Vemo is available below. For US contact Karlan Downing, Cass Dawson, or Laurie Long At US Platinum Sponsors will be those donating $1000 or more, Gold will be $500-900, Silver will be $300-400, and Bronze will be $100-200. Sponsors will be listed in the US Show program and a sign will be posted at US in the Pavillion and the Mustang arena areas. Any available Champion and reserve buckles will be allocated first to Silver Patrons. You may give out awards you sponsor for the win shots if you are present and dressed appropriately.
